Writing Equations in all 3 forms and Graphing

write an equation in a) point-slope form, b) slope-intercept form and c) standard form if the line contains:

  1. (- 3, 5) and (7, 4)

  2. (2, 6) and ( - 8, 10)

  3. (- 3, -4) and (1, 5)

  4. (10, 12) and (3, 6)

  5. (- 8 , -12) and (- 3, 2)

  6. graph: y - 4 = 2/3 (x + 1)

  7. graph: y + 2 = -1/4 (x - 5)

  8. graph: y = 3/4 x + 2

  9. graph: y = 3

  10. graph: x = -1

  11. graph: 2x + 4y = -8

  12. graph: 3x - 6y =6

  13. graph: 4x - 5y =10
